1) CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY 01M?

2) EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

O1M's don't fit? .....Not satisfied? .....No problem!


Exchanges: (different size)

If your 01M's don't fit then Onemoment NZ will exchange for a different size any O1M footwear returned within 10 days of purchase providing the footwear has not been worn and is in "as new" condition.  You will receive your exchange O1M's 3-5 days after our warehouse receives your returned O1M's. The customer will be responsible for both the return and exchange freight costs. Within New Zealand the exchange freight cost is $3.00. For international exchanges please contact us for a quote.


Refunds: 

Onemoment NZ will issue a refund (less the original delivery freight cost) on all O1M footwear returned within 10 days of purchase providing the footwear has not been worn and is in "as new" condition. The customer will be responsible for the return freight costs.

3) HOW DO I FIND MY 01M SIZE?

There are 5 sizes to choose from: XXS, XS, S, M, L 

To assist with your size selection you can view a chart comparing NZ, European, UK and US sizes. Just use the link "WHAT'S MY 01M SIZE?". Click here to see it. 

You can also click on the ruler (in cm's) below to help decide your size.


4) HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY 01M?

01M shoes are extremely durable and require minimum care. 

For minor scuffs and dirt just wipe them with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling (mud, sand, dust, etc) put them in the washing machine with the rest of your outdoor clothes... same treatment!

For storage, you could fold/roll them up and secure with a rubber band, that way they only take up a similar space to your socks! Alternatively just store them with your other shoes.


5) HOW DO I PURCHASE ?

Four simple steps for a successful purchase: 

STEP 1 - Choose a colour, size and number of units, adding them to your shopping cart. (Repeat for other colours and sizes as many times as required)

STEP 2 - Check the details of your order are correct and enter a discount code if applicable. Select your preferred shipping option. 

STEP 3 - Click to proceed to check out. Enter your details: name, surname, address (as accurately as possible) until all required fields (•) are complete. 

STEP 4 - Select your preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer), click submit and you are done! 

For orders paid by credit, your order will be despatched the next working day following receipt of your order. 

For orders paid by bank transfer, your order will be despatched the next working day following receipt of payment into our bank account.

And finally...check your email. An order confirmation will sent be to you (at the email address you gave us) immediately after you complete the order process. 


6) HOW DOES THE 5 X 4 PROMOTION WORK?

To purchase using our online promotion just click on the promotion picture. This will take you to a page with a discount code. Use this code when making your purchase.

 When purchasing you have to add all the shoes to your shopping cart (even the free ones). Example: for a 5X4 promotion you must add 5 shoes to the cart.

After you enter the discount code the discount will be applied automatically.


7) HOW DURABLE ARE THE 01M?

01M shoes are produced with a 100% biodegradable polymer. Their durability is very high but checkout the Facebook and Youtube videos to see whats been done with them. 

They can be re-used again and again by washing them in a washing machine.

8) I AM HAVING TROUBLE PURCHASING. WHAT CAN I DO?

It is unusual to experience problems when purchasing on our website, however if you are we have a couple of suggestions: 

1. Your web browser may not be compatible or you do not have latest version. Make sure your browser is running the latest version or try using a different browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari or Chrome).

2. Ensure Javascript is enabled in your browser, if not then enable it via your browsers "options/settings" and try again.

If you are still having problems then please contact our customer service department and we can process your order manually.

9) IF I DON’T WANT THEM ANY MORE, WHERE DO I THROW THEM?

Consider giving them as a present to a friend. They’ll be in your debt forever! 

But if you insist on getting rid of them, the best way is to shred them into smaller pieces and dump them in your compost bin. That’s what biodegradable means! 

If you don't have a compost bin, you could try an organic one in your community, or just bury them in your garden!


10) ONEMOMENT NZ PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting Onemoment NZ's website. Your privacy is very important to us. We collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to make such information available to us.

When you visit our website, our server automatically recognizes only the internet domain and IP address from which you accessed our site. This information does not result in the identification of your personal e-mail address or other personal information.

In addition we monitor the volume and timing of access to our site by collecting information on the date, time and pages accessed by visitors. We do this so that we can improve the content of our website, and this information is not shared with other organizations. Again, only aggregate information is collected, and individual visitors' personal information is not identified.

If you choose to share personal information with us by sending us a message or filling out an electronic form with personal information, we will use the information only for the purposes you authorized. We will not disclose the information to third parties or other government agencies, unless required to do so by New Zealand law.

11) ONEMOMENT NZ SECURITY POLICY

We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from Onemoment NZ. We impliment a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the internet into our databases, only to be accessed as stated above.  


12) WHAT IS THE 01M LIFE CYCLE?

01M are made with 100% biodegradable recyclable raw materials. So they go back to Nature if you compost them.


13) WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?

For orders paid by credit card we will despatch your order the next working day following receipt of your order.

For orders paid by bank transfer we will despatch your order the next working day following receipt of payment into our bank account.

For deliveries within New Zealand we use NZ Couriers. Delivery can usually be expected the first working day after we despatch your order. 




14) WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?

Purchases can be made either with a valid Credit Card from VISA or MASTERCARD, or via a bank transfer using your own banks internet banking system.
